I visited Dr.Swapna's clinic with severe spasms on my shoulder region due to long sitting hours . Her treatment with the exercises were very helpful and I could feel the difference after 2-3 sessions itself. There is a good improvement of 75- 80 perc within just 4 sessions . Very good experience. The doctor is great. Instead of recommending some fancy exercises she recommends some very basic moves which are really really helpful. My neck was feeling a lot better within one week. Highly recommended.
