Dr. Sony Pavan Katkam is an experienced, caring, and very considerate doctor. She understands your problems and tries to help in every way. The clinic was clean, bright, and inviting, with friendly staff and almost no wait time.

Dr. Sony Pavan Katkam takes the time to understand each problem and gives appropriate advice, which is crucial for chronic issues. She adjusts and customizes exercises to fit the patient's needs and works on specific pain points for better results. The clinic is always clean and well maintained.

Dr. Sony is extremely patient and has an excellent bedside manner. I had contacted her for my mother. She thoroughly assessed all body movements and then focused on the problem areas. She started with a few exercises and then gradually increased the exercises once she had confidence that the exercises were being done properly. She not only helped solve the issues with gait but also helped my mother with core strengthening exercises. Her instructions are simple and easy to follow and she made my mother feel extremely comfortable. Many thanks to her and the entire team!

Being a senior of 77 years, I had hoped for more understanding and compassion.

Did not share mobile her number although she did a full session with me at my place.

First time this has ever happened.

When I shared my health issues she wasn’t really listening but asked many questions; didn’t share proper details and photos of exercises and treatments done although she promised she would send them as soon as she got back.

She did not, could not give any explanation for my health issues.

When she asked about when she should come next, I said let’s decide after you send me your notes about today’s session

Frankly I felt this visit was incomplete

Treatment was given with care and precision. The follow up home exercises were useful. My pain has significantly reduced after 2 sessions and after 4 sessions it’s 90% gone. Rest I need to carry out my home exercise and I am certain it will be fully gone in no time.
