Dr. Sony Pavan Katkam (Physiotherapist)

Dr. Sony Pavan Katkam was born and raised in the South Bombay. She completed her Bachelors of Physiotherapy in 2023 from RJS college of Physiotherapy in Ahmednagar. Sony graduated with a certificate of Honour for Best Outstanding academic student and was ranked in Top 3 of her Batch. Sony won 1 st Prize in Avishkar ( State Level Research Competition ) held in 2020 at MUHS university and selected for Inter-State level competition held in Mumbai University.Dr. Sony contributed to a Case Study on ' Effect of Aerobic Exercise with Tens Versus Yoga with Tens on Primary Dysmennorhea in College Students; An Interventional Study, during her Bachelors Course. She interned in various Hospitals and Rehab Centers : SJS Multispeciality Hospital , Kothari Hospital and Asha Kendra Rehab Center. SSony hobbies & interests include, Dance , Art , listening to Music & learning new languages. Dr. Sony Katkam is looking forward to enhancing & referring her manual therapy skills & clinical knowledge of Active Care Physical Therapy. She is fluent in English, Hindi , Marathi & Telugu.
