Dr Sneha Ramchandani is the founder of Muscle Lab Clinic in Mumbai . She is also the Lead Instructor of NeuroKinetic Therapy Seminar series in India and has trained more than 200 physiotherapists across the country...She graduated with Bachelors in Physiotherapy from D Y Patil University, Navi Mumbai and has spent her career working with Celebrities and HNI clients across Mumbai. She is a Certified Level 3 NEUROKINETIC THERAPIST in India.She worked as a Sports Physiotherapist for Delhi Dare Devils Conditioning Camp in 2016. I suffered a severe hamstring injury during my football practice session & the injury got further aggravated because I continued to play with the injury. As I had registered for a marathon run, my friend advised me to meet a Doctor.
I was referred to Dr. Sneha Ramchandani by a friend of mine. I had visited her clinics 4 times, because of her personable manner which instantly puts you at ease and she shares her knowledge in such a way that you can quickly understand what has happened and the course of action ahead. In my case, after the initial scan, she started using dry needling, Cryotheraphy, Sports Kinesio-taping etc & also advised me to strengthen my glute muscles for which exercises & videos were shared. She had given me 2 kg weights for strengthening exercises & also a comprehensive strengthen program, which I started religiously as she was continuously monitoring/ following up with me. I am thankful to Dr Sneha and I managed to complete the run in a recordable time injury free & also started going for my regular football sessions. Whenever I want to go for long run, I go to her clinic for Sports Kinesio-taping which helps me in my running journey.

I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis and back pain. I am 25 years old. This pain disrupted my work and schedule. I couldn't afford to take a long treatment and manage to take rest while my workload was on rise. I happened to come across Dr. Sneha who just turned things around for me so quick.
She turned out to be very professional and good at her work. She used dry needling, Cryotheraphy, Sports Kinesio-taping etc which helped reduce my pain immensely also providing me exercises videos and tips for future to eliminate pain.
I would recommend Dr. Sneha as a friendly personality and am thankful to her for her dedicated therapy. She is one amazing physiotherapist I have come across and would recommend other patients to do consult her for any Orthopaedic pain.

I was suffering from a tendon tear in my shoulder and had visited a couple of doctors before going to Dr Sneha. She was very patient in listening to the case from the start and analysed my shoulder movement in detail and made me understand the actual underlying problem. I was very satisfied with the dry needling sessions with her and there was some amazing relief in my pain. She was very helpful and also suggested me good physiotherapists in Delhi as I live there. Over all, I would suggest going to her for atleast consultation and check up if you're suffering from some internal injury, she is the only Level 3 NKT physio in India!
