Mr. Santosh Pandey

I was feeling extremely disturbed with my blood sugar test results. I never wanted to lead a life battling any disease and taking lifelong medicines. With my sugar reports showing high diabetes I was really depressed. I am aware, standard medicines may keep my blood sugar level's controlled but I cannot get rid of medicines also the medicines would slowly but surely adversely impact my body. Fasting Sugar : 365.8 mg/dl

Post meals: 481.8 mg/dl

HbA1c: 13.50%

Now just after a month of my treatment, below are my blood sugar level's:

Fasting Sugar : 99.1 mg/dl

Post meals: 112.0 mg/dl

HbA1c: 9.2%

My energy levels have increased and my blood sugar medicines have reduced as well. I am confident soon I will get rid of the medicines and will lead a diabetes-free life.

While receiving treatment, what I was told about treatment sequence would change, lack of explanation and communication.

I was proactively asking for more advice in what to do, not to do and what to take as complementary natural medicine. I would wish doctors to do this naturally.

Since work from home began in the lockdown, so did working on the laptop for longer hours all through the day. This constant use of the arm and wrong ergonomics led to pain in my right arm and wrist and fingers, even my shoulder and neck. It reached a point where I could not even work with my right arm anymore. We came to clinic for my Mother's joint pain. No orthopaedic or any kind medication was of any help. When we visited Dr. Pandey for our first appointment my mom had difficulty in movement ....as small as walking or getting up from chair she was almost on wheel chair.
