I am new to Andheri and was worried about rehabilitation services for my son, Nitish Sharma, aged 22 years, after his ACL surgery at Kokilaben Hospital in March 2023.

After surfing through Google for a number of days and reading about the reviews of many physiotherapist, I narrowed down to Dr Sanjay Bakhshi and today, after watching the recovery of Nitish, I pat myself that I took the correct decision for my son, of availing treatment from Dr Bakshi.

I was apprehensive about the pain and discomfort that Nitish would undergo during physiotherapy.

Dr Bakshi explained to me in details about the machine he has in his clinic and I gathered, he does online consultancy with patients internationally also and his experience of more than two decades was visible in his talks.

In his clinic, he has an imported machine for electro magnetic therapy which was used, and surprisingly, Nitish from day one had a painless physiotherapy and by three weeks he could walk without braces!!

Dr Bakshi personally attended to and gave additional time and sessions to Nitish, for which I am very grateful.

Nitish after the first few days, insisted that he will complete his physiotherapy sessions only at Physioline, Andheri, with Dr Bakshi. His charges are also reasonable and the efforts he and his team put for bringing about recovery in patients is highly appreciable.

As on date, Nitish is able to walk for long hours and run around without any limitations.

I, as a mother, thank Dr Bakshi and his team for the effective treatment provided to Nitish which will be part of our memory always.

I visited the physioline as I had chronic pain neck and shoulders. The doctor did a thorough check up and diagnosed that I had cervical spondolysis. I was presented with multiple treatment options all involving latest medical equipment mostly imported and latest method of treatment. I found the treament hugely different from normal physio sessions which I underwent earlier and did not give relief. After few sessions the treatment gave me relief from pain. I was also suggested rehab exercises to strengthen neck and shoulder muscles. All in all I am hugely satisfied with the treatment. While the cost of treatment is expensive as compared to coventional physio treatments it pays off in long run as your recovery is better and permanent.
