She was very open, friendly, listened to me calmly and attentively. Just talking to her took a huge load off my shoulders like I was carrying some invisible burden. The first session session with her was super helpful. Speaking with her gave me the strength I needed to be determined. It's not easy road ahead in the upcoming months but I feel really glad to have Dr. Rupal as my therapist whom I could to reach out to at anytime. She talked about some practical solutions and the correct mindset to have for coming out of the overthinking loop.
