Its been six month i have suffered from back injury.
While performing dead lift exercise in the gym i met this injury at very lower side of back on left hand side.
So i decided to take rest.After 2 months i feel good.
Now i have started work out in Gym again but iam suffering from same pain again.
Kindly suggest some remedies

When I went to Dr Rajani, I had a severe case of lumbago. She has totally turned me around with her treatment, therapy and simple interventions. When I was down with unbearable backache pain, and worried about my travel schedule, my Physiotherapist doctor made me part of the solution to my own problem by guiding about my wrong habits of body When I was down with unbearable backache pain, and worried about my travel schedule, my Physiotherapist doctor made me part of the solution to my own problem by guiding about my wrong habits of body posture and seating habits on office chair, bad posture during driving. Here is my Dr. Rajani Patil whose motto is “Prevention is better than cure” She quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained the body’s reaction and devised an effective remedy both in session and through exercise. It has been hugely helpful for me to continue the program while hectic travel schedule. I strongly recommend her for spine care and sports related injury and preventive treatments. She treats effectively and prevents permanently.

A good physiotherapist treats the injury, while a great physiotherapist treats the patient who has the injury. That stands true for Dr.Rajani. To start with, for the first time i felt as if i am not in a clinic but at home. Rajani is too amiable in her approach. She patiently listens and understands your concern without jumping to any conclus To start with, for the first time i felt as if i am not in a clinic but at home.
