I would like to say on my journey how it started from the year 2022 year start and it went to F2F later by year end 2023 .I was struggling from dark circles and pale face and moles and not a shiny face and overall a dull face since last 4-5 yrs. With some reference I got to know Mam details and she located in Mumbai.. I started taking her online consultation and later again due to my laziness and not in routine behavior i left that completely and was back to my normal life with no care of skin and face. Then as always i was looking more dull more and more shabby. Then one sudden morning I made up my mind and thought i will travel to Mumbai from kolkata and see mam... People comments and remarks were just murmuring in my ears i was unable to forget that remarks why i look so poor and bad .. .I went and my de-cession of going and getting my treatment from her was just super se bhe bahut bahut upper.I am fully satisfied and happy meeting her and making me feel as my re-birth. The treatment went very nicely . Raina mam did not scared me or said that Its not possible and all. She was very positive and she said she will cure me at the first meet only.

After the treatment I had black spots till my neck which was making me more negative like if i have taken correct de-cession of doing this or not. But as Mam said after a weeks time i was absolutely fine and my dark circles are very very less means a little liner only can be seen. My moles are vanished.. I am happy I am satisfies and top of that I am happy I got what i wanted ;-) This is all becoz of the angel Raina Mam. She is not only beautiful from outside she is so nice from inside, while doing my treatment she was asking me if i am fine and also motivating me encouraging me saying i am strong. Which is so nice. As i was in OT and not sure what is going to happen and what is inside. But her kind words during the treatment was soo refiling. I just loved that.

My seven days are over and now i have clean plain face and I using all her products what she has recommended. I am fine now and able to move out from house also. I want to say Thanks to mam.. God Bless you and you keep ur hands always on me.

I have done online consultation with Dr. Raina on Aug 22. After going through my case history, she told that I was suffering from Viral wart which would only be cured through a laser treatment. There is no medication (Oral or otherwise) which will cure the viral wart on my Index finger.

If you think about cosmetic requirements with an open mind. we don't need a doctor because we are SICK, we need a doctor because of various self doubt reasons like the fear and down falls of aging, the confidence loss due to hair loss, the constant effort to be accepted in the society, the pressure of looking good, etc., makes us very venerable and creates opportunities for an industry thats worth billions of dollars.

Most doctors encash it by not only charging you for the visit but also you paying to buy their own products and they make you dependent on the labels of medicines created by them and make it seem like consuming them is the only lifetime solution ( repeated sale for them and your body is only popping pills) . These are nothing but simple vitamins and anti oxidants sold at 10x the price compared a usual pharma graded product ( thus trying to make their own brand and repeated business). Every simple problem that you might want to ask your doctor might result in overselling of pills from their label and taking advantage of your trust towards them.

DR. RAINA is one of the most honest, genuine and knowledgable doctors I have ever met. Her approach has always been to explain the problem in a scientific way and giving a solution thats minimalist yet very effective. I would highly recommend her to someone looking for high quality services and needs a doctor to trust blindly.

I went there reading the positive reviews but had a very bad experience. The stuff are rude let's start with that. My main concern was skin rash and itching and hairfall. The doc prescribed medicines for the skin and asked me to take some blood test and further said the hair needed to be examined. She was friendly. I thought after the blood test reports she is gonna examine the hair. The meds for my skin condition, I didn't get it from their clinic but wanted it from my local pharmacy. Those medicines were nowhere to be found. I had to call them multiple times to give me an alternative *** *** **** ********* *** ******* ****** ***** **** ******** ***** *** They took few test. The reports of which didn't arrived at the time they mentioned. I had to keep calling them, they were postponing the reports for the next day but I was adamant to get the reports on the day mentioned to me earlier. Today I called them to consult my reports with the doctor and to ask the next procedure. On which they randomly messaged me to do some PRP treatment with the price mentioned. Being a layman I have no clue what PRP is and got worried. I called them to explain me the procedure, what the reports says. I got to know it's a hair treatment and nothing to do with my skin condition. * ***** **** ** *** ******* *** ****** *** ******* ********* *** **** *** ***** ****** **** ****** *** ********* ********* The receptionist didn't had a proper answer and told me it's my wish if I want to do the procedure or not. And while hanging up the call she called me Abnormal, just because I asked her to explain. So this is the kind of stuff the clinic provides to patients. Since I couldn't talk with the doctor directly the stuff will fill you up with any information as per their convenience and when they don't have an answer they call you Abnormal. I will finish the medicine course the doc prescribed me for my skin condition and never go back there ever again.
