I had my hair transplant procedure done at Dermatree, Worli on October 3rd, 2024, under the care of Dr. Prasad Wankhede.

From the initial consultation to the procedure itself, the experience was professional and reassuring. I had paid a visit to Dr. Priyal Gala for my acne issues.

Initially the appointment system was amazing wherein I was provided a fixed time to come and it was easy to get an appointment from the receptionist.

After reaching there, the doctor called me in her cabin on time as per the appointment.

She guided me well with the suitable treatment and suggested certain creams and measure so that I can avoid acne in future.

The location of the clinic was nice and easily accessible for people coming from western line or central line. The board outside was visible so that finding the clinic in Matunga area was fast.

Dr. Priyal really a invested a lot of time in understanding the issue, understanding the life style and the routine and explained in detail the cause and the effect of the problem. All queries were answered and advice was not merely restricted to medicines but a holistic advice suggesting improvements in all areas of life. Did not dump unnnecessary medicines and precribed only the requisite ones. Really friendly and positive which puts the patient at ease immediately. a superlative experience indeed.

I am very happy with the results so far. I religiously applied the topical creams, had a multivitamin, glutathione and sotret and I see a very good difference in my facial skin in a short span of 4 weeks. My skin is glowing and is brighter. I have been to other dermats in the past and the result has never been this rapid and effective - so thank you very much!! I would definitety be seeing Dr Priyal for improving my skin and would highly recommend her to others.
