I suffered from disc hernia and due to that nerve compression and severe leg ache. The first few days of physio was okay... but when i started going to office and sit through long hours was just not bearable and just then this doc found out some streches to be done in office and bang on i would do that and the pain disappeared. She doesnt give this pee decided exercises for all disc hernia. She improvises based on needs . Her diagnosis is too good. She understands your constraints and gives streches and exercises based on that. I am extremely happy to have found her. My mother in law and my mother are also taking sessions from her and they are also happy.

I had a severe problem in my right leg which I thought I would never recover from. Doctor treated me with a lot of patience and got me back to normal.
