The physiotherapy session was very painful because of the technique used, and the physiotherapist didn’t understand my condition. The clinic was very clean, including the washroom, and the therapists Saina and Chaitra were excellent *** ************** On a scale of 10, I would rate the consultation an 8, though I felt the package pricing was higher than expected compared to individual day rates.

The clinic environment is quite good, and Dr. Niraj Jha is experienced with very good machines for back pain. The staff under him are well trained, and I only had to wait 5 to 10 minutes. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Dr. Niraj Jha provided a very relieving consultation for my back pain, and I would recommend him to others experiencing any type of pain. He is an excellent doctor, and the staff was also excellent. I hope the consultation fee and therapy costs can be reduced to encourage future visits.
