Dr. Nilima Mote has completed her bachelors and masters degree in Physiotherapy from Seth GSMC and KEM hospital with specialisation in musculoskeletal conditions. She has a vast experience of treating spine and extremity pain and sports injuries as well as post operative rehabilitation. She is a certified Mckenzie therapist which is an internationally acclaimed scientific approach towards treating mechanical pain. Dr. Nilima believes that patient management is not limited to being pain free from the current episode but being able to prevent future recurrences and lead an active life. Hence prevention and fitness are an intergral part of her therapy. Skilled in manual therapy techniques like Maitland, Mulligan and Neurodynamic mobilsation; her clinical experience is largely evidence based and at par with recent advances in her field.
