Started my weight loss plan on 6th Nov'23 when I was weighing 96.2 kgs, today on 1st March'24 am at 74.5 kgs, feeling great, light, energetic....I had type2 diabetes and now sugar levels are normal ....the diet plan given by Dr.Meghana was very simple and easy to follow, it ensured I was not missing any of my regular food I used to feast on, she listens patiently, provides alternatives and has helped me transition from an unhealthy lifestyle to a focused and healthy one, I like the new me and want to maintain myself like this forever and currently I am under her weight maintenance plan. I started my weight loss journey around 2 months ago. I reduced around 10 kg in 2 months. Dr. Meghana's diet plan is very easy to follow and adapt to, it has a good balance and variety so you don't get bored following it and keeps you focused on your weight loss goal, it has helped me lose 17 kgs in just 2 and 1/2 months, it has also helped to bring in a disciplined lifestyle against the unhealthy one I was following over all these years.
