I still remember the day I woke up with terrible neck pain. My neck was stuck in a broken position and I couldn’t look right, left, up, or down. It had become extremely stiff and painful.

I immediately called Kruti, the founder of Healing Hands in Vikhroli, and explained my situation. She asked me to come in right away. After examining me, she started my treatment immediately. I had a severe neck spasm and was practically on the bed for half the day. Even simple things like laughing or sleeping were painful.

Kruti treated me for five days with a combination of laser therapy, traction, exercises, and other treatments. I even remember telling her that Holi was the next day and asking her to please do something so that I could at least play a little. *** ****** *** **** *** ***** *** *** ********** *** ***** **** Thanks to her treatment, I was able to play Holi the very next day. After two more sessions, my neck was completely fine.

I was recommended to Dr. Krutika by a friend when I was struggling with a severe muscle spasm in my lower back. The pain was quite intense, and it was affecting my daily routine. She designed a set of exercises specifically for my condition, and the entire team was extremely attentive and professional throughout the treatment. I was having garde II sprain of ACL (left knee injury) from 23rd April 2025. I was unable to walk, sit in cross- legs, stairs climbing, etc. I have joined Dr. Kruti ma'am's clinic on 31st March 2026. From the date of joining till today I am able to stand for long time, cross-legged sitting. I can feel strongness in my left knee now . Now I can feel that I will get back to all the physical activities.

I bagan my physiotherapy two weeks ago. At first even the simplest movement of my left hand felt challenging but with each sessions I noticed small but meaningful improvements. What felt impossible gradually became manageable. My physiotherapist and her staff has been a source of encouragement to me guiding me patiently. I am really very Thankful to Dr. Kruti Mehta and her team.

I have meet with an accident on 3rd March 2024 and as per MRI reports my left leg ligaments & meniscus had tear. Then i under went with an left knee surgery on 12th April 2024.

I had 3 different surgery's at a time.

1. Acl repair

2. MPFL reconstruction

3. Meniscus repair

Then i was taking physiotherapy at home with other Doctor but could'nt found any progress and my knee was bending just at 30° with lot of pain also i was not able to walk. My neighbour suggest me to Healing hand therapy. I 1st visited to Dr. Mehta on 1st May and started my theraphy. The day i visited at center i found Peace. There is a positive vibes. Within 10 days my leg bending was improved at 90° and i started walking on partcial weight bearing.

Slowly my knee bending & walk impoved. Now i walk properly, climb up & down stairs, etc..

I count them as friends now. I haven't felt this good in past 5 months. They took excellent care of mine. They have helped to improve my quality of life. I cannot believe how quickly my leg is bouncing back.

*** ***** ***** ** *** ** *** **** **************** * **** *** **** ****. I had been suffering from neck pain for almost a month along with heaviness, tightness and stiffness while moving my neck. My X-ray showed C3–C4 compression, which made the situation quite uncomfortable.

When I consulted Dr. Kruti, she patiently explained the issue in detail and started a structured therapy plan. To my surprise, within just 2–3 sessions there was a remarkable improvement. The pain reduced significantly and I could move my neck freely again.

Seeing such quick and effective results encouraged me to also start therapy for my shoulders, which have been stiff and painful whenever I play tennis. After the relief I experienced with my neck, I’m very hopeful the shoulder issue will also improve soon.
