Very understanding and very helpful!! And explanation of the cure was very detailed and satisfactory.

Doctor is very helpful she explain in details about my pain. She guides very nicely.she is very co operative with patient.

Dr. Jagruti was very thorough with her assessment skill and was very friendly and professional throughout. She took her time and understand my problem which I was facing since 2015. Even after prescribing the right treatment option she called her superior and got second opinion just to be sure. The assessment session was carried out without any pressure for time constraint. I would highly recommend all to visit ORTHOFIT if they have any issues with their foot.

Once the customer is convinced to buy , the physio’s job is done . No recommendation on exercises , gait , posture etc

One small sheet with very few preliminary exercises was handed out - that’s it . No recommendation on ice pack was given . I was told about it while examination - that she would guide me .. but once I bought the stuff , then nothing . ******* ***** **** *** ******** * **** *** * ******* ** **** **** *** ****

It was not a satisfying experience at all .

I was not informed that I should bring my gym shoes and other daily wear shoes. I asked clearly while making the appointment if I needed to bring something specific but was not informed by the person attending the phone. Because of this they were not able to do a complete evaluation but still they charged me the evaluation fee of 1800 rupees.

I ended up paying 2500 rupees in total for the evaluation and I didn't think this was worth it at all because the problem is not addressed. I have to go to another doctor now to solve this issue.

I would not recommend her and would not visit again.

I visited the health spring clinic to treat my ankle pain. Dr Jagruti gave me the proper medications and understood my problem very well and she is following up till the last date my ankle pain is gone. Thank you, Dr. for the treatment.

The doctor explained the foot issue at length but the slippers, the meta bars and the insoles prescribed are costly. I would appreciate some discount on the price.

Doctor explained to me my problems, and how to take care of my foot. Suggested the right footwear I need for my problem foot. Overall it was nice experience for me.

Well explained the flat foot situation and the pain behind the knee. Also explained the exercises to be done daily.
