The doctor is very friendly. She provided a detailed explanation of my issue and I was able to choose between exercises as per my comfort level. After following the exercises my knee pain has reduced significantly. I would definitely continue the treatment with her and will recommend her to my friends and family!

She listened to all the problems very calmly and suggested a treatment to strengthen the neck and hand muscles.

Also along with physiotherapy she checked my mom's other reports as well and gave necessary precautions for faster recovery and betterment.

Also she mainly focused on natural exercises for strengthening of the muscles along with nerve stimulations.

After 10 sessions my mom is feeling much better, she can sense her pain in the left hand reducing every single day and there is a lot of improvement.

Also my mom used to face constant headaches , Dr also suggested few neck exercises for headache.

A must recommend physiotherapist.

I was diagnosed with herniated disc back in September'14.Before trying Healthplus I had already been to several massage therapist,AccuPressure specialist and couple of physiotherapist too and none of them were of great help.

*** ******** ** *** ** *** **** ******* * **** ************ I had approached her, when I was down with a slipped disc and as a result had a humongous back-pain issue. She got to the root of the problem, provided great guidance on do's & dont's, daily exercise routine and also helped in procuring the materials I needed to support my exercise and posture change as prescribed. While it looked like initially (as the physician said after the MRI scan), that it would take more than 2-3 months to fully recover, I got fit in ~1 month itself with Dr. Harshida's treatment. She also helped with exercises that I should continue to strengthen my back even further.

In my experience with her, Dr. Harshida has deep knowledge of scientific methods around different issues that need physiotherapeutic assistance. Apart from that, the aspect that really stands out about her as a doctor is empathy. She gets to the root of the problem and looks to provide the best possible and economical solution. I had back pain for a very long time which got worse with a desk job. I thought normal stretching exercises are the solution but it wasn't getting any better.

I sustained an injury while practicing for a dance routine. It got worse when I ignored it for a couple of months and hence I decided to visit Dr. Harshida. She is the perfect mix of a professional and a friend. She didn't force a generic physiotherapy treatment but instead suggested Stretching and Strengthening exercises to strengthen my core muscles. I opted for the 10 day workout plan and she made sure I understood each and every aspect of the treatment. She is really flexible and adjusts to the patient's needs. i had consulted Dr Harshida Pai for severe back ache. She recommended stretches and treatment as the only solution for back ache. The treatment worked ******* for me and that too without popping any painkillers. She also suggested exercises to strengthen my back which helped me a lot.
