I was running a half marathon at Tata Mumbai Marathon 2018. I trained really well for it and just a week before TMM, I had pain in my right knee. I took it easy for the next couple of days but the pain didn't subside. I finally got in touch with Dr. Dhanashree and asked her for a fix so that I could run. With limited time in hand that she had, she did an ultrasound therapy, stretched and massaged a little and applied Kinesio tape to provide support during my race. I finished the race two days later. Where my chances to even run looked grim, I finished under 2:30hrs. I followed her rehab advices immediately post race and my knee is feeling a lot better now. As per her advice, I have started my strength training as well so as to avoid future injuries.

It was extremely comfortable having Dr. Dhanashree as my physiotherapy doctor. I was able to communicate my problems very easily to her and she always attended to them immediately. Moreover, I benifitted a lot through her treatment and now I am able to mobilize and do almost all activities without pain.

The way Dr. understands the issue and made me feel relaxed about it was the most important thing for me. Also, after regular visits to her she didn't only solve my both issues but psychologically she made up mind to fight my issues which i felt more important.

She's friendly, knows her work and I'm up and running and fully functional. I trust her to take the best call for me medically while making sure my life style and personal choices don't get damaged in anyway.

Dr Dhanshree is amazing physiotherapist. She guides the Patient exactly regarding the cause of pain and the treatment. She will understand the problem and then treat it accordingly. She has always given relief to my back and shoulder problems.

She has a very pleasant personality who makes u feel very comfortable and was empathetic towards the pain i was going through not talking to me continuous towards the entire procedure, which made me feel relaxed a bit. Just 2 sessions and my pain is considerably reduced. Thankx darshana

She is a patient listener. The exercises given by her are very easy to follow. My pain has reduced significantly after visiting her.
