I have been getting excellent guidance from Dr. Bedekar for the last 8-9 months now for my lower back pain. Much appreciate his sharp way of getting me to learn the RIGHT way to do the necessary exercises. His diagnosis was very accurate for my problem and once I truly followed his instructions, I have been much better with my back pain. Dr. Bedekar is a very good example of how taking help from experienced professionals can make such a solid difference.
