I was suffering from severe anxiety post marriage. I was struggling to cope with all the changes that marriage brought and to add to it my husband did not give me enough time. Shruti was friendly and it was easy to share my inner thoughts and concerns with her. It's been 4 months since I have been coming here and I have already been able to tackle some of those problems.
