Barkha Patel is a Consultant Psychologist who holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Advanced level in REBT, Albert Ellis Institute, New York. This has helped her develop excellent techniques of Psychotherapy. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Guidance from SIES. In addition, Barkha has trained in Intensive Clinical Training in Psychotherapy from Mind Mandala and Desouza Foundation. I started my therapy sessions with therapist Barkha Patel around 8 months ago, and since the beginning she has been extremely insightful, relatable and helped me overcome unhealthy mindsets through breaking down patterns and encouraging mindset shifts in a manner that does not feel like a forced process but just a bunch of wired entangled tendencies and thoughts very naturally smoothened into healthy behaviours.
Sessions felt more like a casual friendly catch-up rather than a clinical vibe, which really leaves you feeling refreshed, understood and light rather than feeling like a diagnosis that’s been treated.
