Barkha Patel is a Consultant Psychologist who holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Advanced level in REBT, Albert Ellis Institute, New York. This has helped her develop excellent techniques of Psychotherapy. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Guidance from SIES. In addition, Barkha has trained in Intensive Clinical Training in Psychotherapy from Mind Mandala and Desouza Foundation. I have been to many therapists but taking therapy with Barkha has by far been most helpful. She was able to get to the crux of the matter in no time and is able to ask the right questions and offer solutions that are very relevant and to the point. In only three sessions she was able to get to most of my issues and address them very patiently.
I have a lot more clarity now and also some powerful tools that I can carry with myself for a better future.

I started my therapy sessions with therapist Barkha Patel around 8 months ago, and since the beginning she has been extremely insightful, relatable and helped me overcome unhealthy mindsets through breaking down patterns and encouraging mindset shifts in a manner that does not feel like a forced process but just a bunch of wired entangled tendencies and thoughts very naturally smoothened into healthy behaviours.
Sessions felt more like a casual friendly catch-up rather than a clinical vibe, which really leaves you feeling refreshed, understood and light rather than feeling like a diagnosis that’s been treated.
