I visited Dr. Avanee on last November with serious GERD problem,my situation was too bad at that time, multiple doctors thousand medicine nothing
was working for me. Her food therapy is worked for me like magic. She designed my diet chart so well that I can eat maximum and still loose weight. She always stresses to eat well ,it's not necessary to starve to loose weight.I have been in a diet which includes lots of rice banana and high carbs but still lost a significant amount of weight which shows her capabilities to understand her patients actual problem and design there diet chart which will give them all the nutrition as well make them loose weight.

I have always been a healthy near normal weight lady. During my pregnancy, I gained a lot of weight.
Avanee has been doing food counselling for most of my family members.
So, I too visited her... I was not sure, but had to try it... Lots of inhibition as was breastfeeding my 6 month baby...
Seeing her diet chart, I was confused whether would I loose weight, coz there was more food suggested to be eaten than what I was eating...
In the first week, I lost 1.5 kgs.. Then on, it's been 4 months including a 10 day Switzerland trip, and I have managed to loose 16 kgs... Still going on!
Actually lost more inches than what I was before conceiving
I have had no complaints with breastfeeding, all through out my weight loss journey.
So, I understand that it's about eating healthy and enough food and not about fads and starving!
Most of my daily foods like suji dhoklas, chillas, chenna toast, roti sabzi, Dal rice, once a weak I was allowed to eat out ..All of it has been planned on my diet program.
