I've been seeing Anushree off and on for close to a year now. And with every session, she offered really good insights. I appreciate that she gives you "homework" to do outside of the sessions which have proven very helpful to me. She also emphasizes mindfulness with breathing exercises and gently pushes you outside your comfort zone to take care of physical health too.
