I have been doing counselling sessions with Doctor Alpa for some time now.I was having few problems and after counselling sessions,I can see a lot of improvement within myself.I can be myself infront of her,she makes me very comfortable and understands very clearly.I will definitely recommend her to everyone if you are having any problems or feeling low.Doctor Alpa has made me realize to see life in a different manner and I am very grateful to her for that.
Alpa is awesome. She is 200% dedicated and committed towards the patient. When she is giving her 200%, what minimum we can do is give our 100% to her for our own healing :). I reached out to Alpa with many of my beliefs, questions, prejudice, and importantly body pain due to anxiety. She gave me nice insight on what needs to be worked on and how to do it at mind level. With weekly tasks to perform on my journey of healing gave me lot of answers to my previous questions and also raised few questions more. But gradually I had more answers than questions :). Untying each knot at a time and then observing the positive change and impact followed with happiness. I strongly recommend her for not only psychological help but even for physical body pain as well, as the pain first starts in mind. Alpa gives a different view and approach for a situation, condition which completely changes your attitude towards it. It's happy healing with Alpa :) :)
