Dr. Yash Mehta

The journey started in year 2004 ,my 1st year of MBBS in SSR MEDICAL COLLEGE Mauritius. I remember the day before my final surgery university exam for MBBS - I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Jean-Claude Dardour. During our conservation he asked me which subject of medicine interested me the most . As a budding doctor, I eagerly answered “anatomy and surgery” . Dr.Jean Claude Dardour explained why he had switched his career from Onco surgery to Plastic surgery. He wanted all his patiens to come in smiling and leave even happier . That moment changes my perspective forever . While I was doing my internship I understood what he meant , when I did my residency it got confirmed .I pursued fellowships in Facial Plastic Surgery after my residency in Otorhinolaryngology. Today, a dream I saw in 2009 has begun to take shape. Believe in Dreams, work towards Dreams Dreams do come true I know that I still have to work very hard , because success has no finish line .
