After he returned to India, he has been working at Lilavati Hospital for more than 19 years. His area of expertise is in minimally invasive spine surgery (endoscopic/microscopic surgeries) and joint replacement surgery. He is also a pioneer in laparoscopic spine surgery and kyphoplasty in Western India. He has trained over 15 fellows in who are now established in their respective towns.
