Dr.Vidya Aranha is a very thorough Physiotherapist. Her approach to me was always friendly and gentle. Also, she has immense patience. If I didn't understand the exercises she would patiently repeat them.

Dr Vidya is highly recommended go to person for All your Physio therapy needs ..let me tell u she has variety of state of art EQUIPMENTS wit her to keep u occupied wit tailor made exercises as well for her patients ,well, where shall I start. Full of knowledge, easy to be around, calm and able to listen to your personal issues. She is a true professional. I had an ongoing back problems . Under Doc Vidya thorough and calm approach I’m totally fine now. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Doc Vidya to any1 in physical pain ..A one in a million, true physiotherapist. Or as some people say ” the real deal” 10-out-of-10. Dnt get deceived wit her petite young looks she has the strength to keep u going both physically n emotionally she is a healer blessed she is well experienced Therapist n knows her job too well n she treated me for my backpain in worse times when I cudnt even move she helped me heal ..even though she was herself pregnant in final trimester wit her second kid at that time she would still attend to me willingly wit a smile without a single day off that shows her dedication towards this noble profession she was always responsible with her appointment timings n saw to it I completed my entire sets wit her -initially started wit level sets with me n increased it day by day I could feel the difference Frm day 1 ,she knows how to extend working capacity of her patients She would give me proper exercise needed in-between sessions. I even got homework’s a to do list of exercises jotted down on paper to do after her sessions , I could feel the difference since Day 1 of my therapy. She would try her best to accommodate my schedule in case changes arise.
