Ms. Upasana is a great healer and truly the best psychologist. Though i Met her only once, i would highly recommend her. I was full of anxiety and negative thoughts but she helped me out and guided me in a positive direction. she is a great listeners and very kind and friendly. The advice and directions given by her are very effective even for the most challenging situations for life. Also relaxation therapy provided by her really calms me down. Thumsup.
