Dr. Sujata Rao

I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Sujata Rao at the Vertigo Clinic, Holy Spirit Hospital. She was absolutely amazing—professional, ************** and caring throughout my treatment. Thanks to her expert guidance, my vertigo is completely gone, and I’m no longer experiencing any dizziness. Best of all, I’m off medications.I'm incredibly grateful and highly recommend her to anyone struggling with vertigo.

My grandmother is 81 years old. She is undergoing treatment for a few ailments but an inflammation in the ear was the main cause of many sleepless nights. Dr Rao studied my granny's thick file of medical history patiently and prescribed a course of action. Her approach towards patients is very courteous. Thanks Dr Rao.

Visited for my mom. Clinic is very unorganized. I called and confirmed on appointment before reaching and still had to wait for more than 45 min. Doc also suggest for a test, when mom went to show test results, she asked for fee again. Unfortunately she was not carrying wallet as she dint expect that doc will again ask for fee, so doctor asked her to leave prescription and test papers.

Totally unprofessional and not worth the fee.

We visited the doctor on 3 July, 2017 for fitting hearing aid for my Father In Law. Based on doctor's recommendation we got a hearing Aid for 35k and the company sales man was at the clinic to help us.

My Father in law, was using the machine despite the machine not being very comfortable. We went back to the doctor and the machine got tested by Represtative from the hearing aid company. However in a months time the discomfort came back, on approaching the doctor we were asked to Visit their service centre directly. My Father in law at the age of 75 is expected to go to Prabhadevi to sort this. This is sad, a 35 k machine and we cannot we use it satisfactorily for more than a month. This machine was bought based on recommendations from the doctor and it is sad to note that when we go back to the doctor it’s not helpful!

A family friend suggested Dr Rao's name to us. We visited her after two unsuccessful attempts (at other clinics) to treat my father's ear infection. She diagnosed the problem effectively and started the treatment. No surgery was required. My father is back to his usual self again. We are grateful for having consulted Dr Rao and would strongly recommend her.

Excellent Doctor she knows the issues and reached To solutions in first time right result . Dr Sujata RAO is very friendly and supportive for patient, I like the way she treats and remain informative about the issue and the treatment .Quite transparent Doctor .

Excellent. This Dr is spot on with her diagnosis. She is very helpful too. My wife was having severe ear pain and we requested her help on a Sunday. She was kind enough to come to the clinic & the situation warranted a mini procedure. She did the procedure very skilfully with minimum pain to the patient. Thanks Dr. Sujata....
