Dr. Sonal Herekar

Hi. My name is Amey Kelekar. I am a patient of Dental arts and Dr. Sonal Herekar is my dentist.

Right from the beginning when I walked through the door, every fear that I ever thought I would have coming back to the dentist was dissipated by Dr. Sonal Herekar and her staff. They took wonderful care of all my fears. They explained every little thing that I would be going through. The most important thing that was said to me was by one her staff member , "Your first visit will be your worst visit because that's the one you're not expecting." She was absolutely right. After the first visit this was the greatest place in the world to come to.

Dr. Herekar's staff, on my first phone call, spent almost a half-hour talking to me explaining what Root Canal is, how wonderfully they take care of their patients and how I will not feel or remember anything after my major procedure. And they were absolutely correct.

The most important thing about Dental arts was that it is a painless environment. Any other dental experience I had, there was pain, there was numbness, there was fear. In this office there was no fear. I have never felt any pain at all in any of the procedures that I've gone through.

In my root canal experience they told me to wear comfortable clothes. I came in at exactly at 11:00, they gave me water, they asked me to relax, and about 15 minutes later, as was told to me, I was in a wonderful state of mind. I was brought into the room, it was very warm and a comfortable experience. The next thing I remember was waking up at home at 5:00 having everything done in my mouth in one visit--no swelling, no pain, no memory, no fear. I think that was the best dental experience I've had in my entire life.

My first meeting with Dr. Herekar, after she reviewed my x-rays and looked at my mouth, she said to me "If I told you I could save all your teeth, will that make you happy?" Those were the best words said to me because I felt I was going to loose teeth because of the years that I was afraid to come to a dentist. The money that was spent was so well invested that there was no pain, no teeth being extracted, nothing bothered me, it was well worth every penny that was spent.

I am probably one of the biggest supporters of Dr. Sonal Herekar.

I used to avoid going to the dentist because I had awful teeth and I felt embarrassed about them. Since I started going to Dr.Herekar 4 months ago I have never had an appointment that made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed, and my teeth are unrecognisable now. The dentist did an incredible job of fixing everything that was wrong the first time I went in, and I feel happy going for regular check-ups and hygienist appointments now, I haven't had any problems since. The practice also sends reminders when appointments are due, and even though it's usually very busy i've always been able to get an appointment at a convenient time.

I just had a visit to her about weather fitting brasis to my teeth was necessary?Her advice to me was so clear,starighforward and useful !she adviced me for some advance treatment rather than long and painful brasis treatment!She is well experienced who can advice and treat you on fleek!

The overall experience was awesome. I thought root canal would be painful, but I was wrong. First I was shying away from smiling but Dr Sonal gave me confidence by treating my tooth ache. The service is up to date. Would recommend my family members and friends for the same.

So she knew the problem immediately unlike the other dentists who asked for Xrays and other reports. The entire root canal was done in 2 weeks with regular appointments which were exactly on time. With very little pain i n one day, all the other appointments were painless cause of her gentle hands.

Explained entire diagnosis and prognosis in layman's terms. Makes the patient feel on board and comfortable. Very skillful and high tech equipment used. Unlike other dentists, didnt call for unnecessary sittings to increase fee. Helped me overcome my fear of dentists.

Dr. Sonal is extremely caring for the patients and ensures patients do not have any anxiety before starting the procedure. Her techniques are very light and detailing. She analyze the problem and comes up with solutions moat appropriate go u. Even the procedure cost is decent. Appointment started pretty much on time. Prescribed medicines were considering patient's age and willingness. Will surely visit her again in case of dental care and will recommend her to family and friends.

I ve been with Dr Sonal for usual dental treatment but also root canal treatment which was very successful and laterly i required extensive dental work due to radiotheorapy Dr Sonal have been extrmly supportive through the dental treatment I have been found practise extremly accomadative and handled all my emergencies that have occured Thankyou Dr Sonal

Very good experience. Sonal with her pleasant and warm personality makes it comfortable for the patient to open up and ask queries freely. She also makes it a point to explain in detail all the queries that the patient has, to ensure the direction of treatment is well understood. This makes the patient really confident about undergoing the treatment.

Using the latest technology available, Dr. Sonal indeed does a wonderful job and would definitely go to her in future if the need arises..
