Dr. Snigdha Mehta (Physiotherapist)

HI every body . it was about 2 years back when my legs were paining and i went to dr. snighda .mehta . she had taken above 10 minutes asking me different questions about my sitting ; walking etc. and in 10 minutes she had diaognis that i am having a lower legs weak and upper part of legs stiff as i sit for hours on computer screen. she had guided me to do certain exercises and with in 9 to 10 sittings i was perfectly fit till now. thanks to her .

The amazing part about Dr Snigdha is that not only did she provide effective treatment but also took the time to explain the root cause of my pain, so that I know the things I've to avoid doing! Her expertise and caring approach makes a huge difference—I highly recommend her!

Dr. Snigtha mehta is very sharp minded and sticking to the purpose. Within half hour she found the route cause of my problem. I was totally dissapounted before i visited her clinic. But after consulting dr. Mehta I became strong and I now feel that she will try all her level best to cure my diseases. She is very strict. It is nice for the patients. Otherwise the patient becomes lethargic in doing rigorus exercise. Hopes are raised in my life. Wonderful staff. Nice ventilated place having adoring atmosphere. Very nice experience. I prefer to come at her Parla clinic in the morning at 8.00 a.m. we know that to catch a train in the morning from borivali is hasardious. Still I prefer to go. Why? Full cofoidence on doctor mehta. I get relief from pain when I come here. Dr. Mehta is taking personal interest and very gentle and polite. I have been coming to the Dr for more than 3 years. Earlier I had come for spine problem which is cured with her exercises. My orthopedic had recommended me to go for surgery for spine but after coming here I had to avoid surgery. She gives a perfect tailored made exercises for the problem. Now I am coming to her for the knee problem which is also solved and feeling much better. She is the perfect Dr for all pains.
