I was going through a very difficult phase because of family issues, which eventually led to depression. Taking therapy with Ms. Shruti Shah really helped me get my life back on track. She is patient, understanding, and creates a safe space to talk without feeling judged. I deberifed her about my mental state *** * *** **** ** **** ** * ************ **** ****** ** ** ***** ***** ********** ****** **** * ***** ********* **** **** **** **** **** * ****** **** *********** ****** **** ****** ********** .The therapist was subtly assertive about having me pay right away and take up the test despite telling her the complications that I had regarding regarding paying 4k which was extremely unplanned as I expected to pay just their usual visiting fee. I asked for some time to save up and between that time span I was consistently chased to take up the test despite telling them that I’ll call them myself whenever I’d have enough time and resources. I do accept that I signed a contract which said that the rates of the session might fluctuate but I do remember one of the assistants assuring that it’s certainly not going to exceed 3000. After investing 5500 (visit + test) and getting zero guidance from the therapist after three visits , I’m really disappointed by their services. Least fluctuation one would expect was to pay maybe 1000-1500 more than the usual pricing , here I was asked to pay digits with an extra zero ** ** **** ******* *** ** ******* ********* **** ** ** ********* *********** **********. Not even once , before having my money invested into the test was I really told that the packages would exceed 20k even though the doctor was aware of how I had to save up money with immense struggles to even pay for the psychometric test. * **** ** ** *** *********** ***** ******* ****** ** *** ******* *** ************* **** *****
Good experience but an extremely non accommodative doctor. ** ********* **** **** **** **** **** ***** * ******* ** ******** *** ** ******** ******* ***** *** **** ** ****** ***. If you miss a session in case of an emergency, the session is cancelled. Their rule is to inform 24hours before. But emergencies arise at the last minute. You lose your money and a session. Moreover, you aren’t given a choice of when you want to attend the session. You have to do it soon or else there is an expiry date to that. (I was not informed of this at the time of payment which made me lose 4000rs). While I had asked for an extension of expiration and they had obliged, it was still not enough to complete the number of sessions I had left. I had only 2 more sessions left but I wasn’t accommodated for the same. ** ** *********** **** ****** ****** ************* ****** **** ****
