Dr. Shruti Kshirsagar (Physiotherapist)

Dr. Shruti Pravin Kshirsagar graduated from Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai and has been practicing in the field of Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She also holds a Diploma in Yoga Education and is a certified Yoga teacher. Having an in-depth knowledge of both, she tries to find a right balance between the ancient practice of yoga and modern muscle activation and stability exercises of physiotherapy and incorporates this into her practice.She is an avid fitness enthusiast and has developed a keen interest in Sports physiotherapy. She has covered various events in Tennis and Kabaddi. She has worked with Star Sports Women's Kabaddi Challenge, Under 18 All India Ranking Tennis Tournament, Rotary AITA Ranking U-14 Championship Tennis Tournament at MSLTA, All India Men's Tennis Tournament, and also at events like the Junior Marathon and ClassHopr Triathalon.
