She is amazing. She hears you out first and explains everything properly. She understands your personality and guides you accordingly. She doesn’t judge at all. She creates a very comfortable atmosphere for you to open up and makes you feel valued.

Dr. Sheena has really made me understand so much about myself and my condition in the most patient and warm way ever. I’ve been to a lot of other counsellors before but never wanted to continue because of the lack of warmth and reliability. Dr. Sheena is someone I’ve recommended to all my friends as she is the perfect blend of compassionate and practical which really helps in the treatment.

Dr. Sheena is extremely patient and most of all heard my problems out and helped me navigate through it. She taught me tools to use in daily life to make things easier. It wasn’t easy to adapt to them, but she was a constant source of encouragement and reassurance on days when nothing seemed to be working out. Thank you!

I’ve tried therapy on and off but Sheena was the therapist that struck the chord with me. She was understanding, empathetic and gradual with my progress. It seemed that everything said was heard and understood and there wasn’t a rush for diagnosis but patience to understand everything first and that felt truly heartwarming. The responses have been helpful to a point that I now feel at my best mental self and I’ve got myself to thank but I would’ve never reached here by myself. Its been 3 months since I’ve started therapy, & without a doubt there is nobody better at this job than Sheena. Be it giving solutions, not being judgemental, always listening and making things clear for her patients.

I cant thank Sheena enough for helping me out. I had recently gone some massive changes in my life and all of which manifested in physical ailments and also led to extreme anxiety and depression. I was pushed beyond my tolerance levels by the circumstances and started having unwanted obtrusive thoughts. The pandemic did really brought my weaknesses and disorders to the forefront and had it not been guidance from Sheena and support from my wife, I think the journey would have been unimaginably painful.

I cant also forget that when I had a panic attack, she took time out of her already packed schedule and did an online CBT session.

I started my counseling sessions with Ms.Sheena Kalia four years ago, because my faculty referred her to me in college. She is very polite, and friendly. She has always made feel comfortable enough to talk about how I am feeling. Over the past few years she has helped me overcome a lot of my issues and my biggest fear. Along with this she also helped me gather information for my academic project. When I started counseling I used to take one session every week, which helped me a lot and eventually I started feeling a lot better and now I don't regularly take sessions but I still go once in a few months to keep myself in check.
