Dr. Seva Pilgaonkar (Physiotherapist)

Dr. Seva Pilgaonkar is a gem of a person. she is very patient and calm with her patients and explains everything in detail. I am taking physiotherapy from her for almost a month now. I have been suffering for almost a year now but I experienced a lot of relief in my leg in the first session itself. results have been really fast and I am really happy with her services. thank you very much Dr.Seva 🙏🙏🙏

My father needed physiotherapy help post an operative surgery. Dr. Seva consulted him for a period of 5-6 months post the surgery. She is very knowledgeable, well trained and highly experienced. She designed progressive exercises and trainings schedules based on his capacity, which helped my father recover faster.

Had visited Dr. Seva for my back treatment. My back was hurting a lot and I wasn't able to stand or sleep properly. Dr. Seva explained me the reason for the pain and helped me relax..after some exercises, which I was told to repeat at home, I was back to normal in a day.. It's not just the treatment but also the way she explains and help you calm down your anxiety. Later have visited Dr. Seva for some other sports related ailments and have been very very happy with the treatment received. She will start with basics exercises and day by day it will increases . You have to do your exercises regularly.

It was very easy to communicate with the doctor, she treated me incrementally so as not to risk further damage, she used different techniques and explained what she was doing . Also I had good recovery under her Treatment.
