Doc was good. But the overall administration needs improvement. Attendant was coughing and covering his mouth with hands and then used bare hands to put eye drops in my eyes. The eye drops were sub standard and took almost an hr to take effect after multiple rounds of drops. Also it burnt which has never been the case in the past at other hospitals.

Facility was clean Nd welcoming. Very nice parking space. Doctor came at 5 pm but appointment was at 4.30 but it was okay because they needed time to dilate the eye. Doctor was nice and spoke well. Recommend for sure

Our appointment was shifted forward by an hour, when we went early in the receptionist took our details - we then waited for 40 mins. **** **** ****** assistant/compounder conducted a generic vision test all the while when we tried explaining we were there for a sore eye - post which he said it may be infection, allergy etc and then said wait for another 15 minutes to see the doctor - at which point we just walked out to see another eye specialist in the vicinity.
