This was my first visit, and overall the doctor was good. The clinic environment was clean, and the doctor's approach was good. The wait time was short, but the treatment took about 2.5 hours. The cost felt a bit high and should be decreased, but I would still recommend Dr. Saumya Shetty.

Dr. Saumya Shetty was delightful, attentive, and excellent in follow-up care. She carefully examined my hair and supervised the treatment closely. The clinic was very clean, and the staff were caring, even offering a beverage during the wait. Although the treatment took a few hours and was a bit expensive, the quality of service and aftercare made it worthwhile. I highly recommend her for those seeking a permanent cure.
