My Father in law was treated by Dr Sana in April 2024 at Nanavati hospital for septicaemia which can be a life threatening condition .

From the very first meeting Dr Sana was impressive

From the accurate diagnosis to the required treatment she knew time was of essence and promptness of her investigations and treatment were commendable.

She was always only a whatsapp message away if we had any queries and was always patient and kind in answering our questions.

Thanks to her expertise my father in law is now home and recovering well

Dr Sana is not only skilled in her profession but she is also patient, humble , and has empathy for her patients virtues which today are rarely seen.

Dr. Sanah Merchant's skills and experience enable her to diagnose the issue accurately. I have approached her on a few occasions and her diagnosis is spot-on! Followed by an effective and prompt result-oriented line of treatment.

She inspires patient-confidence, and is gentle and pleasant in her mannerisms, which puts the patient totally at ease, be it a young child, adult or a senior citizen. I have also requested her for home visits when overseas relatives visit (and unfortunately catch viral / flu or a tummy bug) and that's such a convenience when the patient is unwell and unable to visit a clinic.

Doctor was extremely friendly and understanding, was very patient and helped me thoroughly.

She was not quick to simply prescribe medication but was patient to hear the entire history and suggest treatment including eating habits, sleep patterns and lifestyle management.
