I visited doctor for spondylosis, knee pain and neck stiffness.The doctor is highly skilled, soft spoken and clear in his communication .Through his counselling on various of my health issues, he could also feel that I was under stress.So He suggested both medical as well as lifestyle changes and even pursue a hobby to relieve stress .Since had muscular spasms, physiotherapy was advised. For knee pain he explained how cycling or swimming for 20mins everyday will be a boon. Would highly recommend 👍👍👍

I had muscle spasm in my back since many days. I met Doctor Sameer Ruparel, he diagnosed the issue very systematically. He also called in a female nurse to assist during the check up which was very comforting. Expalined the issue and adviced on what to avoid for the next few days, prescribed me some medicines for 5 days and now I'm feeling completely fine.
I recommend him 1000/100 (Thousand on Hundred) :D
