I don't know from where to begin but yeah the most difficult phase hit my life when I was diagnosed for Alopecia Areata. I was shattered I remember weeping for 2 days and Dr sachi literally came to my rescue. I reside in Delhi and Dr Sachi was in Mumbai I remember it was a weekend I couldn't visit the doctor here in Delhi and I failed to understand what happened to me, to top it off the internet scared the s***t out if me even more. It was Scary! I called up Dr Sachi a friend recommended her and asked me to speak to her immediately. I remember calling her up in panic mode. She firstly asked me to calm down and not cry. She asked me to be positive and explained me in smallest detail as she could everything about it including the treatment everything. She was so prompt in replying to messages on whatsapp, seeing my pics and following up with me. She gave me her support and guidance throughout be it the treatment, medications prescribed everything. It's been 3 months almost and I shared my progress with her. She supported me so much emotionally. She travelled miles to help me. Through her vast experience and the depth of knowledge she has in her field it's truly commendable. A could carry on with my treatment positively because of you Dr Sachi.
