Dr. Rashmi Sharma (Physiotherapist)

I visited Dr Rashmi Sharma for the first time few months back. I was having severe pain in my shoulders and the upper back. Her treatment has really helped me a lot. The way she explains the health issue is really nice, she helps in understanding the exact problem and suggests the best remedies for it. She directs you to the root cause of the issue and provide a set schedule of exercises that you need to follow and these definitely helped me strengthening my shoulders and back. My pain still persists, but considering its an old pain, i would agree that Dr Rashmi's treatment has brought down my problem to a very high extent.

I developed pain in the left side of my lower back while doing squats. Initially I thought it would be temporary and used volini spray and kept on doing all my workouts including squats and deadlifts for 20-25 days and pain got aggravated and turned acute.
