Doctor Ramona is truly exceptional! she is very well experienced.I have visited many Dentists, Never seen like her. She is a perfectionist, confident and passionate about her work.I used to experience severe Jaw pain and headache. I have consulted with multiple dentists, But none could tell what can be the exact cause. When I visited Dr Ramona, she suspected, It can be because of my teeth alignment and suggested to go for orthodontist treatment.Only after few months of orthodontist treatment my all Jaw Pain & headache just vanished. :)Also Dr. Ramona performed root canal on my 2 teeth, which was already underwent same by another doctor 10 yrs back. Due to leakage in Cap, there was infection in gums. She performed the surgery just in 1 hour, removed all infection and placed the cap so perfectly now its been 6 months its completely recovered.I am really grateful & would strongly recommend her for any Dental concerns.

Dr. Ramona performed an RCT on a tooth, which already underwent the same procedure by another doctor 6 months back. It was a terrible relapse of infection followed by immense pain, when I reached Dr Ramona’s clinic after having battled all of it with the help of pain killers for 4 days. Though it did take a lot of sittings to complete the procedure, but all was done up to my satisfaction. She is a perfectionist, considerate with patients, and a doctor who knows her job and does it well. The clinic is clean and comfortable and the only improvement needed is with support staff (who sometimes forget to hold the suction and get carried away in their personal chit chat). Overall a good experience and yes I can say that I will return to Dr Ramona for future treatments as well.

The best thing about Dr. Ramona is the way she interacts with her patients. There is a lot of genuine concern about the patient's well-being and comfort which is very rare with other doctors. Her way of engaging with elderly patients is outstandingly humane. *** ***** ** **** ******* **** **** ****** **** Her injections just about sting a tiny bit.

The procedure was very painless and relived me of the terrible pain. You can tell about her experience from the dexterity and sophistication of her ways in handling a surgery. Apart from that she is very compassionate and provides the much required medical advice selflessly. I found her by the fluke of luck and I am very happy about it.

When I detailed my difficulty with one molar teeth in my recent visit to her, quite surprisingly I was asked that if I intend to get the root X-Rayed instead of doctor's telling that it was needed for diagnosis. When I asked for the X-ray plate, the doctor dismissed the idea, saying that now-a-days those were things of the past and gave me the option to get a mobile pic of her laptop screen showing the X-rayed teeth. Finally, no clear diagnosis could be made and I was only orally advised by her to wait and watch for further aggravation. When I pointed out that I have not been provided doctor's written prescription either, as is usual, she once again dismissed the idea saying that there was no case to issue one to me. As such, even though I had to cough up a total of Rs.800/- (incl. X-ray charge for Rs.200) for the visit I had to return untreated without any prescription even for whatever advice she gave orally. Totally frustrated!

The doctor was extremely arrogant and unwilling to answer questions. She said things like “I know what I am doing” *** **** ****** ** **** ********* ******** ******* ** ***** *** ***** *** *** ******* ****

I went for * ****** fixing of the crown. *** *** ****** ** ** **** ***** *** ******* ** *** **** ** ***** ** ******* ***** ** *** *** ****** * **** **** *** I had to visit another doctor eventually.

Needless to say I won’t be visiting her ever again and strongly suggest you to do the same.

I underwent a RCT and it was quite painless as compared to other RCT I had undergone earlier. I am 5 year old patient of Dr. Ramona and I always come to her as I trust he. When I very friendly and calm. Even the clinic is wonderful.Dr. Ramona I really admire ur medical skills. I liked the way u have explained all the details while u were treating me . it was wonderful experience.

Dr. Ramona is able to put my fears of a dental appointment at rest. She explains everything in great detail and makes sure any potential problems are addressed in a timely and thorough manner. Easily one of the best medical care professionals in this area.

Dr. Ramona has been very friendly and patient with the treatment. Even after the filling when there was persistent pain, she re-did the entire filling at no cost. She was available for any queries in the interim as well. All in all even though the treatment meant on for more sittings than originally envisaged it was a good experience.
