I visited Zen Spine Clinic, Malad for my mother’s treatment after she sustained a spine bone fracture due to a fall at home. My mother has multiple comorbidities with low heart pumping, diabetes, so her case was not straightforward. Despite this, Dr. Rakesh handled her treatment with great care and confidence, making the entire process smooth and stress-free for us. Due to heavy traffic, we reached the clinic a couple of hours late, yet Dr. Rakesh patiently waited for us and gave us his full attention. He carefully listened to all of my mother’s concerns, reviewed her past medical history in detail, and explained the treatment options clearly. He advised an MRI scan and mentioned that the further course — whether oral medication or a vertebroplasty — would depend on the findings. My mother was exhausted from the long journey, and the doctor was kind enough to let her rest comfortably, even though it was well past his working hours. When we expressed the need for immediate hospitalization, as my mother could not manage the pain at home, he personally arranged for an ambulance to ensure her safe transfer. Based on the MRI results, Dr. Rakesh recommended vertebroplasty, which he performed exactly as planned. The procedure went smoothly, and he continued to remain accessible afterward — always available to answer our calls and messages with patience and kindness. What truly stood out was his humility and genuine concern for the patient. In an age where many focus only on procedures, Dr. Rakesh maintains a compassionate rapport with both the patient and the family, which plays a major role in the healing process. ** **** **** *** ***** **** ** **** ** ******* **** ******* ***** **** *** ********* ********* ****** *** ************ ***** I sincerely thank Dr. Rakesh for his dedication, empathy, and professionalism. He is a rare combination of skill, patience, and compassion — truly a doctor who treats both the illness and the person. My heartfelt rating: ***** (5/5). Wishing him continued success and many more lives touched by his good work.

Four months ago, my wife underwent L4-L5 TLIF surgery under the care of Dr. Rakesh Dhake. At that time, we were filled with fear, anxiety, and uncertainty. Seeing her in constant pain and unable to even perform daily activities was heartbreaking.

I had been suffering from severe spine problems for almost twenty years. I constantly experienced back pain, numbness in my legs, and difficulty sleeping because of discomfort. In 2013, several doctors advised me to undergo surgery, but the possible risks made me afraid to proceed.
