Ganglion / Wrist Bump

I have a small bump on my right hand wrist. Its size is similar to a small marble and this bump has been bothering me a lot from past 3 years. I am not able to do my gym workouts and am not even able to lift light weights. I have consulted 2 Orthopedics doctors. One of them suggested me that the bump is a Ganglion and gave me a steroid shot to reduce the pain. After taking the shot i was able to do proper workout for one month but again after one month my wrist started paining. So I consulted another Orthopedics doctor who suggested that its not a ganglion and has asked me to consult a hand specialist. But still i had taken another steroid shot from the second doctor and this time even the steroid shot didn't do it right. So now am really worried about my wrist and i do not really understand what should i do further. Can someone please explain me about what exactly my wrist bump consist of and if it is a ganglion then can anyone please recommend me the right solution/treatment for it

Pain the near groin area

I am a sports player, I play football on regular basis and do workout everyday, in short I live an active lifestyle. Since December while playing football I felt a stretch in my left leg which gave me a minor pain, I didn't bothered to look for it. But after some days that pain affected my running and weightlifting. Due to which I consulted to a surgeon but I feel he's not able to find the real problem, he advised for sonography but didnt find the real problem. My pain is in the left inguinal area, also I feel 'gaat' in my left belly which I believe is hernia, but when I consulted about it to Doctor, he advised not pay attention to it because it's nothing. It's been 3months and I haven't recovered fully from it. I feel depressed at times when I am not able to play my games, do running or play football and gym. Please help or provide me a best sprts doctor who really can help. I feel helpless when I don't see any progress after resting such long. Thanks

Shoulder round movement

I am a 23 yr old student of iit kharagpur and i also play cricket. Around 3-4 yrs back while bowling i got pain in my right shoulder while doing up round movement and still it does. I went to a doctor at that time he simply suggested for phisiotherapy and i did the same. I had some session of that & my pain got vanish but whenever i did that moment with a force it came back so i stopped bowling but from last sometime i bowl in between for a while and it pains. I didnt take this too serious till now. I went to a orthopedist in iit. He recommended for an x ray and mri. He didn't talk to me in lenient way. I want you to explain me what should i do exactly? I hope this is curable. I am 23 only and now i am worrying about it. Hoping for a quick and positive reply.
