I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Dhurt. Visited For Skin Infections
Experience was not at all good. I went there after reading the reviews on practo. I was under her consultation for 6months. Doctor was more focused on convincing me to go for laser treatment of the face( which was not at all related to the problem I visited her ) to which I always used to deny politely. At later point of my treatment she started to take me for granted as well.At clinic, during my turn of follow-up, she used to hear/observe the condition and then I was sent out of her cabin( she didn't spent time for than 5mins) and I was asked to wait outside till the time she writes my prescription. That was too unprofessional. This was about the behavioral traits .Now coming to the treatment aspect, I was told that I have Psoriasis and was given medicines accordingly. At the start, she gave me injections because of which I thought her medicines are working but the condition worsened at the later point of time. When I consulted her post that, she said it was my mistake as I was not supposed to apply one of the ointment after a specific time(which was not the case, usually I was immediately sent outside the cabin and while writing the prescription she never had a discussion with me, infact the prescription was given to me by one of her intern who was totally unaware of the case). After this , I never visited her(My infection has completely gone now after the treatment of other doctor in 4 months).I am not questioning the capability of the doctor but this is something terrible that happened to me under her treatment.
Dr. Rachita Dhurat seemed preoccupied during the consultation as she had to attend to a procedure, which meant she didn’t give enough time or explain things well.

First of all I am sharing my own personal experience I don't know about others. So my appointment time scheduled was 11.45 am we reached there in time by 11.40 am but already there were 2 patients waiting in cue so our time came to consult doctor after waiting for another 45 minutes @12.30 pm so what's the point of scheduling appointments atleast they should have informed earlier as there are patients it will take some time so your appointment is shifted 30-45 minutes ahead.
******* ***** ** ****** ** ************* ********** *** directly suggesting for a biopsy on first consultation I have never experienced this with any other dermatologist before. Be it hair loss rapidly or from long time who suggest directly a biopsy.
Third thing I agree they have their own medicine made etc but atleast they should have given alternative we live in 2021 and 2022 is just around the corner there are many brands with lot of solutions in today times with alot of variety when asked upon any other suggestions with some other brands I was been told these are only made in our clinic so no other alternatives were given ** ********* **** **** ********* ***** *** ******** ***

The doctor was not willing to spend enough time to clarify my doubts. I paid 2500 for a barely 2-minute consultation *** **** ** ******** **** **** ******* **** The explanation of the issue was not clear, so I would not recommend this doctor.
