Dr. Rachana was extremely humble and approachable. She was able to explain the problems clearly to my mother, who really felt at ease with her, which is half the battle won for an aging person. Besides, she was always reachable and available for any quick opinion or comment by whatsapp or call. She personally handles her communication! Lastly she was quite reasonable in her charges, and even saw us for free at times when the situation just needed a quick consultation.

During this COVID-19 PANDEMIC, I had need to consult Doctor for Comprehensive Eyes Tests and evaluation for pain in eyes, possibility of cataract development and changes in spectacle lenses determination.
