Ms. Rachana Awatramani is the Founding Partner of Insight Counseling Services LLP. She has also completed an online certification in Psychology First Aid by John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and Psychology at Work from the University of Western Australia. Ms. Rachana means ‘to create’, and she has been creating her own ways of dealing with the self and her clients based on sound scientific principles in psychology. She has worked with different schools and institutes in Mumbai like Fidai Institutions, Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Umang Foundation Trust. She is also the Trustee of Celebrating Life Welfare Trust. She conducts many training programs and workshops on various psychology-related topics in India.She is the author of “I’m A Miracle Being”, a book aimed at personal growth through greater self-awareness. She has recently taken up the cause of Mental Health First Aid as a professional training program given the current national scenario.
