Dr. Priti H Nirmal

MS (Ophthalmology), DNB, FICO(UK), MBBSDr Priti Nirmal completed her MBBS from B J Medical College and Sassoon General hospitals , Pune in 2013. After completing MBBS she went on to pursue MS in Ophthalmology from the prestigious Grant Mediacl College and Sir JJ Group of hospitals , Mumbai . She was awarded the ‘ Best Resident ‘ award in Ophthalmology at JJ hospital for her dedicated and sincere work during residency. She was also a part of Topiwala National Medical College and BYL Nair charitable hospital , Mumbai as a Speciality Medical Officer in Ophthalmology for a period of one year. She further went to Sankara Netralaya , Chennai for short term fellowship in Advanced Cataract surgery and Phacoemulsification . Her additional qualifications include DNB in Ophthalmology and Fellow of International Council of Ophthalmology (UK). She has worked as Consultant Ophthalmologist and Eye surgeon at Shivananda mission eye hospital , Virnagar , Rajkot , Gujarat for a period of 2 years which is a charitable hospital that conducts surgical eye camps in the rural parts of Gujarat. She gained immense surgical exposure while working at this charitable hospital and has performed numerous cataract surgeries and other ocular procedures so far.
