On the academic front, he has numerous publications in international journals. He has presented several papers and posters at national and international platforms. Vitreoretina and uvea fellowship from world renowned Sankara Nethralaya (Chennai) where training was given by the best surgeons of the world in managing simple to complex retinal disorders. Special interest include Diabetic retinopathy, age related macular degeneration, Genetic eye diseases like retinitis pigmentosa, Retinal detachment, Macular surgeries, ocular trauma, retinopathy of prematurity.
