Ironically, she uses the word neglected since we see so many people using so many skin care products and yet not be able to achieve the skin they desire. The lack of knowledge about the proper use of skin care products and about the basic care of the skin has led to the rise of many unhappy people hopping from one skin care product or skin care clinic to the next.
